See that old couple over there?

Must be seventy,
And still holding hands.
They still sit in the park,
Talking to each other,
In tender loving tones,
Like they fell in love yesterday.
They still hug and kiss,
A young lovers' smooch,
When they meet or part.
They still sleep together,
And terribly miss each other,
When they are apart.
May our love last,
As theirs has done,
And grow stronger,
With each passing day,
Of the following years.
And I really do hope,
That when we're around seventy,
We'll still be holding hands.
